简介
第五届巴西全国航空交通年会将于2006年10月25至27日在巴西利亚举行。该项活动正值巴西飞行员日100周年（1906年10月23日），这一周，首都将举行一系列 庆祝活动，纪念巴西航空之父Alberto Santos Dumont。所以这次年会是巴西航空业的一件盛事。
以往全国航空交通年会都在巴西航空城圣若瑟平原市举行，今年首次在首都巴西利亚举办。届时300余名来自巴西政府部门官员和全球的航空公司，机场管理，飞机制造厂，航 空协会和大专院校的学者专家们将出席会议。
巴西的主要企业有巴西飞机制造厂（EMBRAER）, 巴西各大航空公司（TAM, GOL, VARIG等）。专家学者将来自美国麻省理工学院 (MIT)， 加拿大温哥华大学，卡尔加里大学，德国经济研究院，巴西圣保罗大学（USP），航空工程学院（ITA），巴西利亚大学(UnB), 里约联邦大学（UFRJ）等。会议已得到巴西利亚州政府科学基金会（FAPDF）等政府机构和企业的资助。去年该会由圣保罗大学JOAO BATISTA JR教授担任会议主席。今年则由巴西利亚大学李伟钢教授主持。

通过评审的论文将发表于会议论文集。优秀文章将发表于巴西航空交通协会（SBTA）期刊。具体要求请参见：http://www.cic.unb.br/~weigang/sitraer/engversion/index.htm 会议议题 Authors should submit a six-page manuscript – in double-column format, 10-point Times New Roman font, single-spaced – including authors' names, affiliations, and a short abstract. Only electronic submissions will be accepted (please see the detailed information on submission procedure). Papers must be submitted through the SITRAER 2006 website. The paper should present the methodology used in the research, its results and application. Topics covered include but are not limited to: * Air transportation economics, demand and forecasting * Airline strategy, management and operations * Airport economics, planning and operations * Airspace management and air traffic control * Aircraft design * New aircraft developments 评选过程 The papers are divided in two categories: regular research and student research. All regular papers selected for this conference are peer-reviewed and will be published in the regular conference proceedings by the SBTA. The best papers presented in the conference will be selected for publication in a special issue of the SBTA journal. Manuscripts must be original, in English or Portuguese and must not have been published or submitted elsewhere. The paper is limited within 4 - 6 pages (SHORT paper for the student section etc.), 8 -12 pages (FULL paper for the normal section) in the format of ANPET (see the PDF file: http://www.cic.unb.br/~weigang/sitraer/docs/InstrucoesParaAutores.pdf).
