李伟钢博士(Li Weigang) 任教于巴西利亚大学 (UnB) 计算机系,主持航空交通计算模型试验室（TransLab）,曾担任研究生部主任(2003-06, 2008-09)。同时为巴西国家科委(CNPq)国家津贴研究员。巴西航空交通研究协会主席(2008), 副主席(2006,2009- )。获巴西航空交通研究协会2008年度优秀科研人员奖。目前研究方向为人工智能及其在WEB,金融和航空交通上的应用,特别是航空管制和常旅客计划。

1982年毕业于南京工程技术学院, 随后留校任教。在钱七虎院士指导下，1988年获工学硕士。该期间曾参加该院两项科研项目的研究工作, 分别获得部级科技进步二等和三等奖。

1989年赴巴西航空技术学院 (ITA) 学习，并于1994年2月获博士学位之后作为访问学者进入巴西国家太空研究院 (INPE) 大地科学系。1997年3月通过巴利亚联邦大学公务员考试,任教至今. 1998-2000 年间与巴西太空研究院合作,主持神经网络应用于亚玛逊森林气象研究课题。2001-2003年间主持智能交通项目。该项目获巴西国家科委、IBM、巴西利亚电话公司、交通公司等私营企业资助。 2000年来兼任巴西信息开发总公司（POLITEC）IT高级顾问， 参与巴西中央银行 (BCB) 信息化项目。

2002-2003年赴加拿大卡尔加里大学 (University of Calgary) 博士后进修，从事智能交通项目研究。2003年兼任联合国开发计划（UNDP）巴西E－GOV项目高级顾问。2004-08 年负责协助巴西信息开发总公司开发在中国市场业务。发表：“应用技术的超前发展：巴西信息产业简介”等文章。2003-06、2008-09期间担任计算机系研究生部主任。2005年来担任巴西利亚华人华侨协会副主席。

2004年来主持航空交通计算模型试验室（TransLab）, 目前项目为协助巴西航管中心研究开发2014年世界杯、2016年奥运会期间航运管制模型，获巴西国家科委、技术局、空军技术中心和Atech等机构资助。

2006年担任巴西航空交通年会（SITRAER）主席，该会议得到巴西教育部教育发展基金会（CAPES）的资助。同时为巴西利亚教会大学信息技术学报特邀副主编(2005)、巴西航空交通研究协会学报特邀主编和编委(2007- )、国际Web信息技术年会评委（WEBIST,2006- ）和国际智能交通会议评委（IEEE ITSC, 2009- ）。

1984年以来在各种期刊会议上发表论文百余篇。 1997年以来指导研究生20余人，其中已有 19 人获硕士学位，2人在读博士。同时指导本科毕业生 18 人。主要发表文章有：
